(1) round anchorage
Specifications and models are expressed as: yjm15-n (ym15-n) or yjm13-n (ym13-n); This type of anchorage has good self anchoring performance. Generally, through core jack is used for tensioning.
(2) Flat anchor
The specification and model are expressed as: bjm15-n (bm15-n) or bjm13-n (bm13-n) (B, the first letter of the Chinese phonetic alphabet of flat anchor, representing the meaning of flat anchor); Flat anchors are mainly used for Transverse Prestress of bridge deck, hollow slab and low height box girder to make the stress distribution more uniform and reasonable and further reduce the thickness of the structure.
(3) Grip wrap anchorage
(fixed end anchorage) specification and model are expressed as jym15-n (ymp15-n) or jym13-n (ymp13-n); It is applicable to the situation where the design stress at the end of the component is large or the space at the end is limited. It is a grip type anchor that uses an extruder to press the extrusion sleeve onto the steel strand. It is embedded in the concrete and arranged as required. After the concrete is set to the design strength, it is tensioned.
Anchorage refers to the permanent anchoring device used in prestressed concrete, which is an anchoring tool in post tensioned structures or components to maintain the tension of prestressed reinforcement and transfer it to the concrete, also known as prestressed anchorage.
Anchors can be divided into two categories according to the type of use:
(a) an anchoring tool installed at the end of the prestressed tendon and capable of always anchoring the prestressed tendon during the tensioning process.
According to different anchoring types, tensioning end anchors can also be divided into: clamp type anchors (YJM) for tensioning prestressed steel strands, steel cone anchors (GZM) for tensioning high-strength steel wires, pier head anchors (DM) for tensioning high-strength steel wires after upsetting, nuts (YGM) for tensioning precision rolled rebar, cold cast upsetting anchors (LZM) for tensioning multi strand parallel wire bundles.
(b) Fixed end anchor: an anchor installed at the end of the prestressed reinforcement, usually embedded in the concrete and not used for tensioning, also known as extrusion anchor or P anchor.
